Yes – we move most large items including sofas and chairs but we do ask if you can move all of the small items in the area that we’ll be including such as coffee tables, plant pots, kids toys, etc. Also please ensure all heavy units are emptied.
Yes – we are insured with public liability insurance and, most important for carpet cleaners, treatment risk insurance.
Normally around 2-4hrs subject to weather conditions. We always use speed dryers and give you over shoes but we do ask that you put your heater on and open the windows to help the air move around the wet areas.
Monday to Friday 8am – 7pm
Saturday to Sunday 9am – 5pm
No – this is the most overused play on words, these days. I would never use anything toxic that would harm myself as I work everyday around these checmicals. Once the carpet has been cleaned it’s safe for babyies, dogs and cats as it’s sterazilsed using steam. The solution we use plays a massive role in the cleaning process in breaking down dirt before rinsing it out. Steam alone won’t clean a carpet.
