My family have been using this company for years. Billy came to my Dad's house today to clean his really filthy carpets. It took less than an hour to clean 3 rooms and he did an absolutely fantastic job. I hadn't seen the true colour of Dad's carpets for many years and I was doubtful that he could make a substantial difference or remove that massive black tar like stain by Dad's chair. But he did all that and more - the carpets look brand new and I'd actually forgotten what colour it actually was. Billy was recommended by my dad. After he got a red wine stain out of his carpet!! We had a wine stain that had been there for 3 years or so. And had been cleaned by a previous cleaner.
